On the day co-ordination

I offer on the day event co-ordination for couples seeking the peace of mind that comes with having a professional event manager present to make sure everything runs like clockwork. This is an absolute must-have for anyone thinking of hiring a marquee or a non-traditional wedding venue, where there is often lots to do but no in-house event manager to do it for you. I will oversee your event to ensure the day runs to time, act as master of ceremonies, oversee your deliveries, co-ordinate your external suppliers and caterers, help look after your guests, problem-solve any last minute niggles and use my initiative to deal with all the little minutiae so that you don’t have to. From managing playlists to pinning festoon lights, to helping guests book taxis home, I will take care of all of the details so that you’re not burdened with them on your special day.

This service comes with a complimentary site visit 2-4 weeks prior to your event, during which we would walk through your event from start to finish and agree a timetable and you can instruct me on any special tasks you’d like carried out throughout the day.  I also offer a venue decorating service for those couples who would benefit from an extra pair of hands before their wedding to help ensure their venue is exquisitely presented.
