“We knew from the start of our wedding planning that we wanted to hold our ceremony and party at my parents farm & therefore it would be a lot of work to organise everything from scratch – from the marquee, the food, the bar, the entertainment and styling. Though we had a strong vision of what we wanted the wedding to be, we knew from a logistics and planning perspective we needed help in the run up and on the day…..and we are so glad we chose Sarah to be our wedding planner.
From our first meeting we were all incredibly impressed with Sarah. She is efficient and organised but also very approachable and never over the top or pushy. Her thorough approach and brilliant questions during our first meeting (a few days before the wedding) really helped to reassure me (& my bridal nerves!) in the run up to the wedding and just confirmed we’d made the right choice hiring her. Sarah used her experience to identify any potential issues, so she could solve those before the day. She also worked so hard supporting us with the set-up, turning her hand to whatever was needed. She even jumped to my rescue to try and find a chalkboard writer when I was unhappy with my table plan – responding to my text within 5 minutes and brainstorming solutions. Above and beyond what I’d expected!
What I am most grateful for is Sarah’s hard work on our wedding day. She was incredible and it meant we had the best day of our lives because we had no stress or concerns. From the morning, through until 2am when she locked up the marquee and turned out the lights, Sarah did not stop. She managed the day so professionally, and even though she was always there when we needed her, she was never over assuming. Everyone commented on how brilliant she was & I know we would not have enjoyed our day so much if it hadn’t been for her. From meeting & paying suppliers, keeping the day running to time, masters of ceremony responsibilities & organising the ceremony she was absolutely on point.
